Since we are self-employed and had two rental properties, it's not always the easiest process for our mortgages. We were located in Saskatchewan when we first started working with her, so distance isn't an issue. Susan is always upfront about whether we should renew or get a mortgage with our existing bank or shop around and it always works out. She is quick and efficient, and always a pleasure to work with.
